Fold-Away Shower Perch

Q: Our amazon loves this for the shower. One of the suction cups fell off and I can't find the gold screw that holds it on. Do you have replacement screws?? thanks, Rebecca

Q: I have had a couple of your shower perches and they are wonderful, but the rubbery part does not last long, with an African Grey and a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. I ordered a replacement rubberized part and attempted to wrap it around the tube that the bird stands on but it did not work. It was terrible. Would you mind telling me what you use to wrap the tubing and where I can obtain it? I don't want to have to continually replace the shower perch. Much appreciated. Thank you.

I'm very sorry, but we don't carry the screws seperately.

Hello Suzan. Thank you for contacting us. We use a bird safe sure-grip glue product on our shower perches. A commercially available product would do well as long as it's bird safe. I hope this information is helpful.
